Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for earrings. All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the matter. Thank you for understanding and supporting our commitment to quality and customer safety.
